PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  • Basis that legitimizes the treatment: legitimate interest of our organization (the treatment is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party or for the application at his request of pre-contractual measures, and the treatment is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation applicable to the person responsible for the treatment).
  • Data transfers to third parties: if necessary, to the public administration with competence in the matter, such as the Tax Agency or Social Security.
  • Data retention period: that required by the public administration until the expiration of responsibilities.

5. RECEIPT OF YOUR CV

  • Vitae and evaluation of your candidacy for vacant job positions in our organization.

  • Purpose of the treatment: evaluation of job applications in our organization.
  • Basis that legitimizes the treatment: legitimate interest of our organization (the treatment is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party or for the application at the request of the latter of pre-contractual measures).
  • Data transfers to third parties: transfers of the information provided to third parties outside our organization are not contemplated.
  • Data retention period: less than one year if it is observed that the applicant’s profile can be adjusted to present or future needs of the company. In the event that the profile does not meet the needs of the company, it will proceed to immediate destruction.

6. MANAGEMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR EMPLOYEES.

  • Purpose of the treatment: manage the employment relationship with our employees.

7. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE OF THE FACILITIES.

  • Basis that legitimizes the treatment: legitimate interest of our organization.
  • Data transfers to third parties: security forces and bodies.
  • Data retention period: one month from collection.

8. MANAGEMENT OF THE WHISTLEBLOWING SYSTEM.

  • Origin of Data: provided by the interested party or by his legal representative using the enabled form.
  • Purpose for processing the data: manage the whistleblowing system according to Law 2/2023 of February 20, 2023, on the protection of persons who report breaches of the law and on combating corruption.
  • Basis that legitimises the data processing: legitimate interest of our organization (processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under EU law or the laws of a Member State).
  • Data subject to processing: identification data (name and surname, address, e-mail, telephone), relationship with the company, type of complaint and description of the reported facts and documentation provided.
  • Transfer of data to third parties: if required, to the judiciary and law enforcement bodies within the framework of an investigation or judicial procedure.
  • Data retention period: that required by the public administration until the expiration of responsibilities.
